Unpacking Christmas Treasures and Memories

Christmas photo with Santa and vintage costume jewelry
One of my favorite times of the Christmas season is unpacking the decorations and “re-loving” each one that sparks a precious memory. This one of my 4-year-old self was taken at Santa’s Village in California (which I was delighted to discover just celebrated its 65th Anniversary!)
In today’s fast-paced culture of getting it done now and worrying about what will happen tomorrow, I find peace in quiet moments of treasuring the past - whether it’s a Christmas ornament, my grandmother’s antique postcards, or a piece of my aunt’s vintage jewelry.
If you enjoy treasure from the past, be sure to visit my shop and see treasures of yesterday reimagined into treasures of tomorrow.
And if you spotted the sparkly bits in the photo and would like to see them repurposed into necklaces join my email list so you’ll be the FIRST to see the finished pieces when they’re available!
