Last year I lost my precious Mom. We were very close; and though it may sound cliche, I truly believe a part of me left with her. I cling to my faith daily and find much comfort knowing I'll be with her again one day.
Wanting to have a tangible reminder of Mom, I created this necklace for myself from one of her favorite pair of earrings. The earrings were inexpensive, and I was with her when she purchased them from a department store. She was always on the hunt for clip earrings with color!
I love wearing this necklace and plan to one day pass it on to my daughter. My Mom would have loved knowing her earring became a family heirloom!
