I've been preparing for the 86th running of the Montpelier Hunt Races in Orange, Virginia since summer! These lovelies (which, of course, had pearl chains attached) are part of the selection that the staff at James Madison's Montpelier chose for the shop. They've displayed these and many more pieces of my jewelry for months now, and then they'll be taken over to their Shop Tent for race day. For the third year I've had the honor of being invited to meet and greet shoppers, and share my work with those who wander through the tent between races. It is SO much fun - a festive and exciting atmosphere - and will be especially so this year as it had to be cancelled last year due to Covid.
